Before you start

I already use ChatGPT or Claude. Why do I need Mars?

ChatGPT and Claude help one person while that person sits in the chat and gives a task. Mars works like an employee of your company: it knows your people, decisions and rules, takes on work by itself, and your whole team talks to it, each person in their own chat. Inside are the same top models. Around them are a workplace, memory and links to your channels.

Will it remember my business?

Yes. Its memory is shared across all tasks: what the agent learned in a chat with your accountant, it also knows in marketing. It turns your corrections into rules, and turns repeated work into a skill it then does on its own. This memory belongs to your company and is worth more every month.

Will I have to give it a task every time?

No. The agent starts work by itself: on a schedule and on events, when an email, message, payment or file arrives.

Where does it work?

Where you already work: in Telegram and other messengers, in email, on social media, by voice and on calls. Customers, partners and your team write to it where they are used to. Nobody needs to install a separate app.

What kind of workplace does it have?

Its own permanent server: there it installs software, hosts websites and works in its own browser with saved logins to your online accounts. If a job on it gets stuck, the agent stays in touch and fixes it.

Which model does it think with?

Claude or GPT, and for each task it picks the right model: for text, images, video, voice. When a better model comes out, it switches to that one.

Will other clients see my data?

No. Each agent has its own memory and its own workplace, and other clients have no access to them. The agent keeps your logins and passwords on its side and never posts them in chats.

Can I stop the subscription?

Yes, at any time. Tell us before the end of the paid month, and on its last day we close the agent. A month that has started is not refunded: the setup and the model for it are already paid. You cancel the Claude subscription in your name yourself in its settings, and we will show you how.
